Introduction
- The objective of Training is to meet the immediate trained human resource requirements of our customer, to improve the quality of engineering graduates to enhance their employability, to impart knowledge and skills as required by the industry for matching of jobs. The Training shall provide an opportunity to graduate students of different colleges to develop soft, managerial and communication skills in addition to technical skills. This would prepare them to face the varied and dynamics needs of the industry. The training shall supplement in understanding of business practices, commitment to quality, and timeliness with the aim to improve leadership quality and team spirit. The course structure is designed to address the basic requirements of the Indian IT industry. The subjects have been chosen with a view to impart knowledge and training in areas that are of maximum need of the industry and are usually the weakest link in the repertoire of a student.
- Changing technology is an essential aspect of knowledge-based industry. This shift is compelling IT professionals to keep themselves abreast of the ever-changing technologies to continue to be effective on the job. In order to contribute to building more effective work, they need to embrace the innovations in technology. Constant learning is the only option.
- Soft Skill and technical skills training is the need, from the perspective of growth, even the first step of the career ladder from a junior to a senior re-defines the role of the individual and the skills required for a better performance. Usually communication, motivation, planning, organizing and leadership skills; these skills can be acquired only through training.
- Once viewed as a cost to the company, training has now become an integral part of business strategy. For good performance grades, a company needs to improve its employees’ skills. Training is now a part of the quality orientation in most IT companies.
